VALLE DEL JERTE, CÁCERES (EXTREMADURA)

It's a classic. Spring arrives, and talking about Valle del Jerte in Cáceres means talking about one of the most beautiful spring flower fields in our country. Didn't you think of it when you read the title of this article? It's logical!

It has become a popular area to enjoy from mid-March to late April or early May. In addition, it boasts its Cherry Blossom Festival of National Tourist Interest, which takes place from April 17 to 30, and during those weeks, as you can imagine, activities and tourist proposals are carried out to further enjoy Spain's most famous cherry blossom. We don't want to rush you, but it would be wonderful if you could see it.

LAVENDER FIELDS IN BRIHUEGA, GUADALAJARA

If there is another emblematic place related to spring flower fields, it is the lavender fields of Brihuega in Guadalajara. Granted, its blooming is later, in summer around June and July. But since we think of everything, perhaps you won't make it in time for the first suggestion, and no one should miss this vast expanse of land dyed purple with that delicious lavender scent.

If your scent is orange blossom, we suggest the fields in bloom in March located in the Valencian Community and many parts of Andalusia, especially in Seville. ALMOND BLOSSOMS IN TEJEDA, GRAN CANARIA

The last suggestion is the Tejeda Almond Blossom Festivals, considered Festivals of National Tourist Interest since 2021. They are celebrated at the end of January and beginning of February, and since we are late, you can also write this option down for next year. Many visitors gather here both for the events held at the festivals and to contemplate the fields in bloom.
